* 18 hour Yoga Anatomy and human dissection lab with MS, CMT, E-RYT Jules Mitchell.
* 300 hour/ 6 month Advanced Yoga Biomechanics training with MS, CMT, E-RYT Jules Mitchell.
*200 hour Immersive Yoga Teacher Training certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance from The Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research.
